Under joined Roma from Basaksehir in 2017 and has gone on to make 85 appearances in all competitions, scoring 17 goals and making 12 assists.
He’s struggled for form, fitness and playing time this season, however, scoring just three goals in 15 Serie A games (776 minutes of playing time) in an injury-laden campaign, which may be why his value is so low.
That being said, Under had a hand in 10 goals in 17 Serie A starts last season, so he does have quality.
With Walcott potentially being sold while Bernard has been offered to Roma, Everton have been linked with Jack Grealish, Wilfried Zaha, Jesse Lingard and Yeferson Soteldo among others, so they’re expected to bolster their wide options this summer.
