‘Don’t want him back’ – Everton attempt to block return of midfielder

|

Everton have insisted that they do not want Dele Alli to return from his loan deal in Turkey early However, Besiktas are trying to terminate the Englishman’s contract at the club, according to recent reports

Alli signed for Everton during the January transfer window last season from Tottenham Hotspur, making him one of two signings made by Frank Lampard during the window, joining alongside Donny Van De Beek on loan from Manchester United.

Although there were very high expectations on the 26-year-old after his move to Goodison Park, he would only go on to make 13 appearances for Everton, not managing to score a goal in that time.

He was expected to play quite a big role for the toffees this season after impressing in pre-season, however, he would be shipped out to Turkish side Besiktas on loan after just 3 Premier League games.

Alli was expected to somewhat ‘revive’ his career in Turkey but it has not quite gone that way.

After just 9 games for Besiktas, they are reportedly looking to terminate his loan deal at the club. However, Everton are trying to block a supposed return to the club so he is likely to see out his loan [via Sabah].

The Deli Alli debarcle alongside the purchase of Neil Maupey, Dwight McNeil , total maybe £40million another reason to replace Frank.
He cant hide from this business.
He cant coach, cant motivate players. These three plus lots of pointers to his inability as a Premier League manager.
    £40million???
Hes got a good enough squad with Maupey,Mc Neil , others at the club to be better than bottom.

Sorry , the Chelsea failure, 9game bad run, 10game terrible run with us.
Its not our players , its our manager and its simple, hes rubbish in a word.

Dyche, Martinez, Rooney , with Duncan at the club.Even The Australian.

But for me, we have to be prepared for the drop to and an immediate return.

That puts Dyche way ahead of the others.Hes proved he can succeed in the Championship.

Dont want to go down, shouldnt go down. But if we do id feel better with Dyche , or Rooney .They have proved themselves in the Championship.

So Dyche on a three year deal
