Galatasaray announced yesterday that Henry Onyekuru has joined their club on a loan deal from us and that can only be a good thing.
Obviously, we need attackers ourselves but the young Nigerian is not ready yet but could well be after this deal comes to an end.
Playing in the Turkish league is by no means the Premier League but it should be a step up from what he is used to when you consider the size of the club he is playing for.
Indeed, they certainly seem ready to give him the support he needs:

Certainly, we can profit from this big-time if he does well because if he handles the pressure in the cauldron that is Istanbul at his young age, he’ll certainly be able to take the challenge of football in this country.
The standard is higher here, undoubtedly, but he’ll be playing at a good level in a league that can be ruthless if you’re not up to scratch.
If he succeeds, he might just be ready to star for us.
