According to the Portuguese outlet, Record, Everton are interested in signing William Carvalho from Sporting, but the Toffees must offload a midfielder before signing the 26-year-old midfielder, who has reportedly attracted interest from Real Betis.
Several key players have left Sporting by terminating their contracts, and William Carvalho is poised to be the next player to leave the Liga Nos side. Of course, Silva managed the midfielder at Sporting, and the Portugal international could prove to be exactly what we need.
The 26-year-old is certainly an accomplished talent, who flaunts several refined qualities. Without question, he is regarded for his impressive passing skills and his tendency to play clever and precise through balls. Additionally, the midfielder is respected for his superb dribbling ability. Furthermore, he is admired for his unwavering concentration and his cautious approach to his defensive work.
In my opinion, he would be an astute addition to the team, one that will provide our midfield with guile and strength.
