Michael Keane has underlined his commitment to the Everton cause yet again and proved that he’ll always put his body on the line in light of what happened at Bournemouth.
Keane had to come off against the Cherries and go to hospital after a clash of heads where it would later be revealed that he had suffered a small hairline fracture to the skull.
Certainly, it was a nasty blow but he has been here before with missing teeth and leg infections during his time playing for the club.
I know some of us have not always been convinced by him and he does still have a little way to go but he is a real warrior at the back.
He’ll be back towards the end of next month, then, and I am sure that he’ll be eager to throw himself into challenges as soon as he is back on the turf.
