According to AS, Everton have been ‘convinced to sell’ Sandro Ramirez this summer. The 24-year-old has been on the periphery at Goodison Park, leading to him being loaned out to Sevilla (January 30, 2018 – June 30, 2018), Real Sociedad (August 30, 2018 – June 30, 2019) and Real Valladolid (July 2, 2019 – present), so a departure has been on the cards for some time.

Which club did Everton loan Cenk Tosun out to in January?

Everton have struggled to find a suitor willing to pay for Sandro in the past, but AS say Valladolid may be the ones to sign him permanently. The out-of-favour centre-forward has been a regular at the Estadio José Zorrilla, making 21 appearances in all competitions and having a hand in five goals, so he ‘would not rule out’ a permanent move back to Spain.

As per WhoScored, Sandro amassed 1086 minutes of Liga football, created 10 chances, completed 74.1% of his 259 passes, whipped in 30 crosses with 26.66% finding a teammate, won 10 aerial duels (41.66%), had 15 successful dribbles (46.8%), had 36 shots with 36.1% accuracy, won 34 free-kicks, gave away 15 fouls and made 11 tackles.

The 24-year-old has fared much better at Valladolid than he ever has in an Everton shirt, so a move in the coming months would suit all parties. Sandro has scored just one goal in 16 appearances for the Toffees since joining in 2017, so he won’t be missed on Merseyside.
