Everton Football Club. What a MESS!! From top to bottom.

|

After today’s defeat at West Ham, Everton’s owner, yes owner has said the following after the game when asked about Frank Lampard’s position at the club.

“I can’t comment. It’s not my decision.”

Don’t believe me? Watch it below for yourself.

Ridiculous right?

So, if it is not your decision, what is your purpose at the club?

Whose decision is it to make that decision?

If it is Kevin Thelwell’s job then please let him do his job properly then.

Give him some funds to buy some players and do not leave it until deadline day. If it is not his job then come out and speak to the fans and tell us who is in charge. Unless it is the fans’ job.

We have been told on multiple occasions that Farhad Moshiri makes the important decisions and after 1 win in 14 games, surely the question asked to Moshiri is one that he needs to think about and decide on.

Along with Moshiri, club ‘legend’ Graeme Sharp has been speaking and has now lost that status for many fans after his comments today.

Graeme Sharp, Everton’s number 9 of the eighties who is now on the board of directors at Everton has been called out by Everton fans to resign after last week’s ‘headlock’ scandal, in which he along with Denise Barrett-Baxendale, Bill Kenwright and Farhad Moshiri were instructed not to attend the home game vs Southampton due to real and credible threat to their safety and security”

Sharp said

“I don’t want to miss games, Everton is in my blood. Of course, fans can have their say and I can understand the frustrations, but some of the protests have gone over the top.

Before adding

“It’s still uncertain whether we will get the go-ahead to attend the next home game against Arsenal on February 4. No one could” ever have envisaged things getting to this state where you are actually in physical danger.

“The club is in turmoil, It needs unity with everyone working hard for the cause, supporters included. Surely no one wants to see scenes again where players have their cars kicked.” – DailyMirror

Which protest has ‘gone over the top‘ please Mr Sharp? Whose cars were kicked? Who was in ‘physical danger‘? And finally, do not point the finger at the fans.

Don’t even bring them into the topic of conversation when your fellow board members are less competent than a chocolate fire guard.

Last week’s ‘sit-in‘ protest was planned for a week by the fan group NSNOW and it was reported by the media as a peaceful one.

So how has Sharp gotten the impression that it was ‘over the top’?

And we won’t even begin on Bill Kenwright.

Everton Football Club is a mess and unless changes are made soon, which I can’t see happening, things are only going to get worse.

Last season, Richarlison and the Everton fans kept the team in the league.

We have lost Richarlison and the board have alienated the fans and with that. I cannot see how this group of players under this current regime get out of this rot.

What do you think?

Let me know in the comments.
