After running a poll yesterday concerning potential left-back signings for our club this summer, it appears most of our fans want Celtic’s Kieran Tierney over Joe Bryan.
Leighton Baines has been a loyal servant but his run at the club is surely coming towards an end and a more backseat role might now be better for him.
Certainly, we need someone to come in and take over and there is a good case to argue that signing a player this summer will be the course of action.
Both Joe Bryan and Kieran Tierney are names we are familiar with but, clearly, it’s the latter who would go down more of a storm than the Bristol City man:
This is fair enough, too, as I think that Tierney is the better player and is much younger as well.
He’s probably the harder one to get, though, with him playing for the Scottish champions.
