The Everton production line only seems set to keep giving

|

Everton have had a fair bit of success as a club as a whole this week with the mini-derby being won by the U23 side.

The Blues drew 0-0 with the Reds in the senior game on Sunday afternoon and earlier this week the mini Blues went to Anfield and won 2-0, with one kid in particular shining more than anyone else.

Nathan Broadhead is the name, and it seems as though he is one to remember if David Unsworth’s comments are anything to go by.

He was quoted by the Liverpool Echo, saying just how highly he rates the youngster:

“He’s a top young player and one of the best players I’ve worked with at this level.

“I hope he goes on and has a wonderful career because his ability certainly deserves that.”

A Wales youth international, Broadhead hit a brace for the Blues at Anfield and looks promising – with the production line at the club very good indeed.

Under Unsworth there has been great success in recent years and a number of players have broken into the first team – so Broadhead could be the next.
