Some Everton fans have been left seething after an update on the red card Carlo Ancelotti received at full-time of our clash with Manchester United emerged.
The FA have announced that the Italian has been charged with misconduct after he broke rule E3 when he confronted match referee Chris Kavanagh at full-time last Sunday. Upon his arrival at Goodison Park, Ancelotti was labelled as a manager who has ‘calm man-management’, showing just how angry he got by our disallowed goal against the Red Devils.
Do you think Ancelotti should've been charged by the FA?
Yes
No
Dominic Calvert-Lewin’s deflected strike has split opinion with people offering their own views. The former England youth international was stunned the goal was disallowed, labelling the decision a ‘disaster’ as he reacted during his post-match media duties. However, former referee Dermot Gallagher claimed the decision to chalk off the strike was the correct one.
Our supporters were left fuming with the decision to charge Ancelotti as they took to Twitter to react to the FA’s decision:
CORRUPTION At it’s HIGHEST Level !!

For what??? He must’ve said something abusive in a relatively calm manner. God help them if he behaved like Fred…!

Reeks of “stay in your lane, Everton”

I don’t expect you to reply but wondering why players get away with all sorts of foul and abusuve language shouting right up to the refs face yet a manager who isn’t aggressive isn’t shouting and screaming gets a red card.

Then there was Fred’s behaviour, he actually barged the Ref!

Embarrassment.

You will not question us whatever as we are the authority, even when we are incompetent and talk through our arses! Would not be so bad if it was just the one off, sometimes wish they would at least show some signs of intelligence! Well done Mr Ancelotti, you did nothing wrong in questioning the dictatorship.
