Everton have placed a whopping £28m price-tag on the head of Ademola Lookman to try and keep away any interest in the player.
Indeed, according to Sky Sports, we’re asking for this up front plus add-ons before agreeing to let him go to Red Bull Leipzig – unless another side wants to get involved as well.
The German side had him on loan last season and he did well – hence the reason they want him again.
Marco Silva wants to work with him, though, which is why we have placed such a fee on him as there is evidently talent there.
Every player has their price in the end, though, and I suppose if they offer this then it might be hard to turn down.
He’s good but he isn’t proven as yet and such an amount of money arriving would probably end up being too good to turn down.
