The Bristol Post has today reported that Joe Bryan is a player on Leeds United’s radar, though no bids have actually been made for the left-sided man as yet.
Clearly, the Whites are feeling ambitious as they try to get promoted but, that said, I think we should be looking to blow them out of the water and try and sign the player.
Bryan is a dynamic player.
He bombs up and down that left-hand side, throwing himself into challenges and providing crosses and assists with a wand of a left foot.
Certainly, he sounds a lot like Leighton Baines when he was at Wigan and, looking at how that moved turned out, there’s no reason why I’d be against us looking to bring him in.
Marco Silva might want to sign some more continental players this summer but, personally, I think that we could do a lot worse than Bryan this window.
