Despite having a role to play in the Everton squad and being involved in every game so far this season (making 3/3 appearances and amassing 103/180 minutes of playing time in all competitions), Moise Kean’s future continues being speculated about.

According to Corriere Torino (h/t Sport Witness), his agent Mino Raiola has visited Inter Milan and Juventus to offer Kean out, but Everton have no desire to let him go. If Raiola carries on this nonsense, he’ll ruin his relationship with us.

Which club did Everton loan Cenk Tosun out to in January?

Does Raiola want his top clients back in Italy?

Raiola is from in Italy and nine of his ten most-valuable players represented are either based in his homeland, have played there in the past or were born there – Paul Pogba (Manchester United), Matthijs de Ligt (Juventus), Marco Verratti (Paris Saint-Germain), Gianluigi Donnarumma (AC Milan), Alessio Romagnoli (AC Milan), Konstantinos Manolas (Napoli), Marcus Thuram (Borussia Monchengladbach), Hirving Lozano (Napoli), Kean (Everton).

He’s often tipping players to join clubs in Italy too, regardless of their current situation. Raiola was trying to get Erling Haaland to Juventus before he joined Borussia Dortmund, was talking up the prospect of Pogba re-joining Juve before he committed his future to United and has offered Kean out to the Old Lady despite him being important to us. But why?

Kean may need to cut ties with Raiola

We’ve said before at Vital Everton that Kean may need to cut ties with Raiola if he continues disrespecting us. The 20-year-old did have a bad debut season at Goodison Park with a lack of goals (36 appearances, 3 goals, 2 assists) and problems with discipline (lateness and breaching lockdown laws amid a pandemic), but he’s not going anywhere.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin and Richarlison are first-choice in attack, but we need Kean in the squad. Carlo Ancelotti trusts the Italian international to turn things around in his second season, so why is Raiola suggesting Kean wants to leave? He doesn’t.

Juventus have their sights set on other strikers too. They’ve tried to sign Luis Suarez, Edin Dzeko, Raul Jimenez and Alexandre Lacazette. It remains to be seen who they’ll end up with this summer, but it won’t be Kean.
