Everton are certainly going to catch the eye this weekend with a new third kit to go on display when we take to the field against the Cherries.
It’s the modern way for clubs to have three kits these days and the Blues’ have gone for a white affair with blue effect on top.
Indeed, it takes its inspiration from Prince Rupert’s tower and looks as below – as revealed on the club’s official site:

Certainly, it’s quite an eye-catching piece of clothing and one I quite like – though I’m never a massive fan of teams having a third kit.
It’s an extra stream of revenue for already massively rich clubs but I suppose it gives consumers another option instead of the home kit or the away kit if they want it.
I do like the way it looks, to be honest, but I won’t be buying it and, frankly, as long as we win in it I don’t really care.
