The Blues travel south this weekend as we take on a Bournemouth side that has started the season very well.
We’ve had a good start too, of course, but the Cherries are just ahead of us and are looking strong so it should be a decent game at the Vitality Stadium.
What bodes well for us, though, is our head-to-head record with the men from the south coast.
Thanks to stats from transfermarkt, we’ve only lost twice so far in our seven meetings with Eddie Howe’s side and that should boost our hopes ahead of this one.
They are a good side and are confident at the moment, but I think we have more quality across the pitch and with the way we are playing under Marco Silva I think we can control the game.
Whatever happens, it will be a good, footballing, game and hopefully we can edge them once more.
