Wasted Kirkby Ballot Votes

In the A-Level Goverment and Politics syllabus, ‘Wasted’ votes are defined as votes caste that top up an already substantial majority for a particular Party. Thats their definition.

My definition of a wasted vote is one where you don’t even get the chance to CASTE it. I’ve learned this all to well in the past couple of weeks because Everton Football Club haven’t had the good grace to make sure that the Electoral Reform Society sends me, a season ticket holder who goes all away games too, and many other thousands like me, a ballot form, and guess what? Many of these people have been saying on internet forums far and wide that they would’ve voted no.

How can this ballot be a true representation of opinion when not all season ticket holders had a chance to vote in it? I personally feel wholly unapreciated and furious that I haven’t even been able to have a say in my clubs future.
As a parting shot for all those people who voted yes and simply ignored the glistening ‘loop’ site and listened to the prepostorous propaganda of the ‘official’ word, you should hang your heads in shame, because in my opinion, you signed away the soul of Everton FC, but it was nice to have a vote wasn’t it?
