Everton midfielder Anderson de Silva has signed a 12-month extension to his current deal, as David Moyes looks to learn more about our tall man. I call him this as when signed Evertons official website did not call him ‘the skillful midfielder’, nor ‘the strong midfielder’ or anything of that ilk. Instead it was announced ‘Everton seal the signing of tall midfielder Anderson.’
Anderson figured once for the first team against Chartlon in his 6 month spell, as he looked to adjust to the English game. However he look good when in the reserve side, he will hope to push on now as he has this new deal.
From what i saw of him he seems like a Brazlian Carsley so to speak, but with better distribution. With numbers so short at Goodison he should get his chance.
