According to Diario Vasco, Real Sociedad are in active negotiations to sign Sandro Ramirez this week from Everton.
The striker signed only last summer back when Ronald Koeman was in charge but it soon became clear that he was going to struggle to feature.
Certainly, he is a good player but perhaps not suited to the Premier League and so that seems to be the case with a move back to Spain evidently in the offing.
The transfer window over there is open until the end of the week and so they’ll be seeking some sort of deal before the deadline then.
I like Sandro and think he has quality but it is clear that he is not going to be able to show that over here.
I think back in Spain he’ll start scoring goals, however, and so it might just be a case of what might have been with him.
