According to 90min, Everton are looking at potentially trying to seal a stunning deal for Ciro Immobile who is aiming to fire Lazio to the title this season in Serie A.
Of course, the campaign is at a halt at the moment across Europe but Lazio have been one of the most spoken about sides with the way they are taking on Inter Milan and Juventus at the peak of the standings in Italy.
£45m-valued Immobile has been at the heart of that, too, with him scoring 30 goals in 33 games across all competitions, as well as 27 league goals in a frankly ridiculous 26 league games.

He’s having an absolute stormer this season, then, and it’s clear that Everton would be making some statement if they could get him in for next campaign – whenever that proves to be.
Of course, Dominic Calvert-Lewin looks to be reaching new levels in terms of his ability and that is good to see, but Immobile is on another level above at the moment and would be the sort of signing that proves Carlo Ancelotti and the Blues are serious about getting right back to the very top.
Few managers would be able to attract such names, of course, but there can be little doubt that the multiple Champions League winner we have in charge could, and we’ll just have to wait and see if this transfer comes to fruition.
It’s exciting enough, though, just to think about him potentially donning blue and running out at Goodison Park before too long.
