Our new signing Phil Jagielka may not wow Goodison Park with creative flair, however one things for sure he will play in more than one position. Every blade i speak to says the man is poor in midfield and prefer him at the back, however with Evertons central pairing being Yobo and Lescott when everyone is fit, i can’t see him breaking them too. Unless Davey Moyes has decided instead of buying a left full back he will play Lescott there and have Jags alongside Yobo. Another option would of course be at right back, Hibbo’s form was inconsistent at best this year and Phil Neville likes to think of himself as a midfielder, so this could be a possibility. Finally Davey could of brought him in as a Jack of all trades including possibly the understudy goalkeeper.
For me it has to be right back, but where gets your vote?
