The Everton squad travel to Florence on Monday, after a succesful spell at St Andrews, Scotland. The boys will not be staying long however as they look forward to visiting Bury and Northern Ireland on Saturday.
Andy Van Der Meyde is especialy looking forward to this short break. He told EvertonTV:
‘Florence is a nice city and very warm at this time of the year,The Italian national team train there so it will be good and I am looking forward to it’
He has had a troubled time so far in England and this season will surely be his last chance to impress the Gaffa. David Moyes incidently has given Andy pre-season as a chance to prove he can reach full fitness once more.
