Everton approach the festive season in a woeful run of form after going four Premier League matches without tasting victory.
The Toffees have shown improvements under the guidance of Marco Silva, who made a flurry of exciting signings during the summer transfer window, but there is still a lot more to come from the squad.
One of the recent additions that Everton fans are hoping will find his feet is Bernard, who arrived on a free transfer from Shakhtar Donestsk but has taken time to settle into the rigours of English football.
However, it seems that fans are still excited about what the Brazilian can bring to the fold as they jumped to his defence on social media when one supporter questioned what he brings to the side, which earned a number of responses.
