Sylvain Distin has said that the call-ups to the France squad of Kurt Zouma and Lucas Digne is testament to the work that has gone on at the club.
The pair of defenders joined in the summer with Digne on a permanent from Barcelona and Zouma on loan from Chelsea.
Both have done well so far this year, too, and it seems as though Distin has been impressed with what he has seen just as much as their national team.
He had this to say via the club’s official Twitter:

The two have been excellent this season and it certainly seems as though the club is bringing that out of them.
You have to praise Marco Silva and his staff for identifying them and then bringing them in, then, as well as getting them playing because they both look very good footballers.
Hopefully, then, we can get them to stay for a long time to come.
