According to Sportske Novosti, Everton ‘want to bring’ Amer Gojak to Goodison Park this summer and my have to battle Atalanta and Fiorentina for his signature. Which club did Everton loan Cenk Tosun out to in January?

Gojak joined Dinamo from FK Olimpik Sarajevo in 2015 and has gone on to make 151 appearances in all competitions, scoring 14 goals with 19 assists. He was a regular under Igor Jovićević and stayed in the team following the manager’s departure in April too, making a total of 38 appearances across the board with four goals and five assists.

Under Marcel Brands, Everton have been lowering the average age of the first-team squad by offloading the ageing deadwood and bringing in young talent. The Toffees sold Morgan Schneiderlin to OGC Nice and looking to sell Gylfi Sigurdsson (35 appearances, three goals, two assists) too.

Gojak is having a better season that the 30-year-old, but Everton have to beat out some interest to bring him to England. His market value is £4.95m, but Dinamo aren’t likely to cash in for so little given his importance. Time will tell where this story ends up.
