Seamus Coleman, Aiden McGeady and James McCarthy have been called up by Republic of Ireland manager Martin O’Neill for the coming international break.

The first break of the 2016/17 campaign sees Republic of Ireland face Oman in a friendly on Wednesday August 31, before the World Cup 2018 qualifier against Serbia in Belgrade on Monday September 5.

Having had a reasonable European Championship finals this summer, O’Neill will be looking for a solid World Cup 2018 qualifying campaign beginning with Serbia.
