Everton striker Dominic Calvert-Lewin has taken to Twitter to heap praise on one of his Toffees teammates today.
Carlo Ancelotti’s side picked up all three points against Norwich City on Wednesday evening as they moved into the top half of the Premier League table.
The only goal of the game came courtesy of an inch-perfect header from centre-back Michael Keane in the second half, which was merely the icing on the cake in regards to the week he’s had – which is something the 23-year-old has referenced in his post.
Calvert-Lewin tweeted:
Anyone had a better week than @michaelkeane04? Clean sheets, a winner and becoming a dad? Congrats bro👌🏽👏🏽 pic.twitter.com/v3DsDbSVfz

The £18m-rated colossus kept a clean sheet against arch-rivals Liverpool on the Toffees’ return to top-flight action on Sunday evening, some feat when you’re going up against Roberto Firmino, Sadio Mane and co.
He then became a father the day before the Norwich game and of course, topped it all off with the winner at Carrow Road.
Calvert-Lewin publicly sharing such a heartwarming message clearly goes to show just how good the camaraderie is amongst Ancelotti’s squad and gives us a rarely-seen hint into what the future could hold as these two players are surely going to be a part of it.
Everton now have a week’s rest until they are back on the pitch, so at least Keane has some time to adjust to becoming a new father.
