In less than 3o minutes, Everton face West Ham at The London Stadium and the pressure is on for both managers.
As the Everton team left the hotel this morning, Frank Lampard was greeted by a few fans in the lobby and they had a few words for the Everton manager.

As you can see from the above clip, the Evertonian who is having a chat with Lampard is telling him that he has the backing of the fans and that once again they have travelled in their numbers to yet another sell-out away game.
“We are 100% behind you”
The look on Lampard’s face could be one of many.
Fear for what could have happened, considering Denise Barrett-Baxendale was put in a ‘headlock‘ after the Brighton game.
Fear that this could be his last game in charge of Everton, less than 12 months since he was appointed but one is that he looks overwhelmed. Or he couldn’t understand a single word the fan was saying.
The pressure is on Lampard, he knows that the players know that and so do we the fans. But we all want the same thing, and that is three points today and for things to turn around quickly! We only need to look at Arsenal with Mikel Arteta.
I am not saying for one minute that we are the same, as we are so bad at the moment it is unbelievable. But if we look back at last season when we beat Arsenal in stoppage time, the pressure was on Arteta and the fans and the media believed that he was close to the sack. This season, however, he has finally got his imprint on the Arsenal side and the players are all singing from the same hymn sheet.
Farhad Moshiri is in attendance at today’s game between West Ham and Everton, is that so he can see the club he owns? Or is he potentially going to be having a meeting with Lampard after the game if we lose?
