According to the Sun, Bill Kenwright could soon step down from his role as Chairman with a reshuffle potentially on the cards.

Things seem to be set to change after Alisher Usmanov saw his stake in Arsenal bought out by Stan Kroenke earlier this week as he looks to control the Gunners.

Indeed, that appears to be the green light for Usmanov to get more involved with our club and that could mean Kenwright steps down from his current role.

It’s probably been coming that eventually he’d start taking a step back from the club and though nothing is confirmed you could see it happening.

One thing that seems possible from this potential change is new investment in the club, though, and the joining of forces between Moshiri and the Russian could be very potent.

Let’s see if it happens in the next few days, with the transfer window also coming to an end tomorrow evening.
