Everton are battling to find consistency under the guidance of Marco Silva and there has been plenty of positives to take from the first few months of the Spaniard’s reign.
The fine performances showed by some of his summer signings have provided a breath of fresh air in the squad, especially Richarlison who has scored six in his first nine league games, but there is still work to be done.
Defensive additions look to be on the agenda heading into the January transfer window and The Sun states the Toffees are eyeing an ambitious move to lure Aaron Wan-Bissaka to the club from Crystal Palace, with Silva keen on a long-term successor to Seamus Coleman.
Persuading the Eagles to part with their academy graduate would be difficult but many Everton fans on social media shared their delight at their reports, urging the club to try their hardest to get a deal over the line.
