‘Will be at Everton soon’- £72 million star tipped for Everton move by former Premier League midfielder

|

Former Premier League midfielder, Curtis Woodhouse has made clear his thoughts on Manchester United winger, Jadon Sancho and believes he ‘will be at Everton soon’.

Sancho signed for Manchester United in 2021 from Bundesliga side, Borrusia Dortmund for a reported fee of around £72 million, a massive fee for a 21-year-old.

Prior to his move to Manchester, the Englishman played 137 times for Dortmund after leaving Manchester City, scoring 50 goals, an impressive stat considering he played between the ages of 17 and 21.

Considering how well he performed in Germany, his big-money move back to England brought a lot of expectations.

However, his United career has not exactly gone to plan.

He has made 52 appearances so far for the Red Devils but only managed 8 goals in that time and only 5 of these came in the Premier League.

With his lack of form recently, manager, Eric Ten-Haag has preferred the likes of Marcus Rashford and Antony to Sancho in the United front line.

This lack of game-time recently could well leave the door open for a January move away.

Former Birmingham City midfielder, Curtis Woodhouse took to twitter to voice his view of Jadon Sancho, stating that he thought he would “be at Everton soon on loan” [via curtis woodhouse – twitter].

Although a move to Goodison Park for the 21-year-old would be a bit of a long shot considering Everton’s current form, his lack of game time at United paired with the blue’s lack of attacking reinforcements could make a move slightly more likely.
