Everton are looking to be active in the final weeks of the January transfer window and it could see significant changes in the final third, where the Toffees are looking out for changes to bolster their push up the table.
While a number of new recruits continue to be linked with a move to Goodison Park, it seems the most imminent pieces of business will see a member of the squad offloaded – as it is widely reported that Oumar Niasse will join fellow Premier League side Cardiff City on loan for the remainder of the season.
If a proposed transfer goes through, the 28-year-old will feature for his third English side in a short space of time after also representing Hull City and fans cannot get their heads around why the move is going ahead as they would much prefer a deal to be permanent.
We have gathered some of their comments below.
Niasse to Cardiff
He put the effort in when he was brought on
Wish him the best at Cardiff and hope he gets a game 🙌🏼

Stupid to loan niasse out… need to get rid of players like him and make a clean break. Too many bad mistakes on the wage bill. #EFC

Sick of Niasse going out on loan. He only returns once the club is relegated. #EFC

I pray that the Niasse to Cardiff loan deal has an obligation to buy clause!! 🙏🙏🤞🤞#EFC #Niasse
