Everton’s resurgence under Marco Silva has been halted during the past few games, with the Toffees now winless in their last four Premier League matches.
That has shown that further work is required over the course of the coming months to get Everton back to the top and some have been debating whether a defensive change should be made for the forthcoming matches.
Silva improved his depth in defence during the summer by signing Yerry Mina from Barcelona and bringing Kurt Zouma in on loan from Chelsea, with the former establishing himself as a regular partner to Michael Keane.
However, the Colombia international struggled during the defeat to Manchester City and fans have now been debating whether it should be Zouma that is selected as the first choice for the fixtures that are on the horizon – starting with this weekend’s hosting of Tottenham.
We have gathered some of their comments below.
