Everton have been in superb form under the guidance of Marco Silva, losing just two of their last 10 Premier League matches.
However, the charge for a Europa League spot has hit a blip in recent weeks as the Toffees saw their unbeaten streak extend to three matches after a 2-2 draw with Watford on Monday at Goodison Park.
That result followed a similar outcome against Newcastle and the narrow defeat against Liverpool in the Merseyside derby, with the general consensus being the Toffees had dropped two points that could be crucial.
Despite the draw, there were positives to take from the performance and one shining light was the display of Lucas Digne – who opened his account for Everton with a stunning free-kick right at the death to snatch a point for the hosts.
The full-back has been a revelation since arriving from Barcelona in the summer and many fans heaped praise upon the France international following the reveal of some impressive stats.
