Everton are battling for consistency under the guidance of Marco Silva and, although there have been some positive signs, there is still a lot of work to do to bring European football back to Goodison Park.
The Toffees embarked on a significant spending spree in the summer to land the likes of Richarlison, Yerry Mina and Lucas Digne to the club, while also bolstering their ranks with loan deals for Andre Gomes and Kurt Zouma.
Both of Everton’s loanees have caught the eye this season, although Gomes has only recently returned from injury, and fans have already made it clear they would like to see the Portugal international drafted in on a permanent basis.
Now, some supporters on social media have made a similar demand regarding Chelsea-owned defender Zouma after the club’s official Twitter account outlined how the France centre-back has improved under Silva.
