Report reveals Everton’s plan to keep attacker past this season

According to the Hull Daily Mail, Josh Bowler could well leave Everton on loan again next season but, at the moment, the Blues remain keen on keeping him at the club and seeing what he can do before making an overall decision on his future.
The Blues have got a proud history of bringing through young players and getting them into the first-team – there are a number of examples in the side at the moment.
And, though Carlo Ancelotti is bound to want to add to his side with experienced signings in the summer window, the hope will also be that he continues to bring through youth.
Of course, Bowler came into the club from QPR and is now on loan at Hull but, even if he doesn’t play for the Blues next season, he is set to remain on the Toffees’ books.
Should he leave?
According to the report, the club wants to see how he progresses next season before making a call, with him probably set for another loan spell away in the 20/21 campaign.
Hull City is where he has been enjoying some minutes this year but with their status in terms of being a Championship club still up in the air for next year, it remains to be seen if Everton want to get him playing elsewhere – surely the higher the better for him, though.
He’s a bright attacker, though, and it’s good for him to see that the Blues are willing to see what he’s got for at least another year before thinking about letting him go or bringing him into the first-team squad.
