According to the Liverpool Echo, Real Valladolid are keen to extend Sandro Ramirez’s loan from Everton but have ‘yet to reach an agreement’ with the Toffees. The Liverpool Echo say Everton will be paying Sandro’s wages if he returns to Goodison Park on July 1 so it’s in their financial interest for the 24-year-old to stay in Spain.

Which club did Everton loan Cenk Tosun out to in January?

Sandro joined the Blues from Malaga for £5.4m in 2017 and has gone on to make only 16 appearances in all competitions, scoring just one goal with two assists. He quickly fell down the pecking order on Merseyside, saw his market value drop to £2.88m and was loaned out to Sevilla (January 30, 2018 – June 30, 2018) and Real Sociedad (August 30, 2018 – June 30, 2019) before finally finding some form at Valladolid (July 2, 2019 – present).

Sandro has contributed five goals in 22 appearances this season and has made enough of an impression at the Estadio José Zorrilla to have the Liga outfit keen on extending his stay and possibly signing him permanently. Everton have Richarlison, Moise Kean and Dominic Calvert-Lewin in attack, so they aren’t likely to stand in Sandro’s way and will want to cash in before his deal runs down in 2021.
