Following the revelation that the club are working on potential incomings, we’ve been linked with many players. One such player is Arsenal’s Danny Welbeck who has been linked with a move to Goodison Park.
According to the Times, as cited by ArseBlog, we’re interested in signing Danny Welbeck on a permanent deal from the Gunners. The 27-year-old only has a year remaining on his current deal with the North London club, and it doesn’t seem as if Arsenal are prepared to offer a contract extension.

Depends on the price. Because of his injury history you don't want to shell out too much with the risk of him only playing 15 -20 games a season. When fit he always gets goals.

Verdict:
Welbeck certainly isn’t a prolific centre-forward, but he is vastly experienced, and he displays tremendous work ethic. He’s very mobile, and he displays a tremendous understanding of the game. His goal-scoring record at international level is impressive; he would be a good addition to the team.
