David Unworth is a man that is synonymous with Everton, and whenever you think of the coach, it’s hard to picture him without an Everton crest on his chest.
Yesterday (Tuesday 16th October), Unsworth celebrated his birthday, and it’s fair to say that Everton fans haven’t lost any love for him.
Indeed, it’s clear that Blues from here, there and everywhere still love the Goodison Park hero, and that’s been reflected by their recent messages online.
