Steven Pienaar has been granted a work permit for his move to Goodison Park and will aim to impress the Gaffa to sign for the blues permanently next season.
The work permit should never of been a doubt but with the Anderson situation 2 years, ago i didn’t get my hopes up too early, this is of course Everton we are talking about.
The move for Pienaar probably signals the end of any chance that Manny Fernandes will join the blues once more, we can only hope he makes the same kind of impact on the pitch.
He will be wearing the number 20 shirt so this news still leaves the number 10 shirt open, possibly for Juan Roman Riquelme? we can but dream….
