Yannick Bolasie has endured a turbulent spell with Everton due to injury complications, and the dynamic Ivorian winger has been linked with a move away from Goodison Park.

As Sky Sports have reported, Fenerbache are interested in the services of Yannick Bolasie.  Due to his serious knee injury, the 29-year-old has been subjected to 32 appearances over the course of two years, only managing two goals in our iconic blue shirt.

Here’s how Everton supporters reacted to the rumours on Twitter.

Verdict:

There’s no doubting Bolasie’s ability, and, at his best, the Ivorian is one of the most menacing wingers in the Premier League. That said, the winger is 29, and this could represent our last chance to recoup a sizeable portion of the £30M we paid to Crystal Palace.

As much as I like Bolasie as a player, I wouldn’t wholeheartedly oppose his departure. If we receive an acceptable offer for his services, then we should allow him to leave.
