Two wins, two loses, and a draw have seen Everton have a mixed first few games of the new campaign.
And supporters on social media have been giving their two cents on how the club have started the 2019/20 season, with the overall consensus being that the Toffees could have started better given the teams they have played against.
Here is what some Everton fans have had to say on Twitter…
You couldn’t have asked for an easier start to be honest, plus Sheffield Utd next week. Needed more points on the board.

We’re just not as good as we think we are. It’s mad when people fume because neutrals call us irrelevant and Sky ignore us.

Far too easy to score goals against this side, and not enough threat at the other end. Pretty fundamental really.

Poor. Not good enough for a club who have spent huge sums of money and who have aspirations of finishing in the top 6 places.

Horrendous.

Not good. And we haven’t played anyone of merit yet

We lost probably the two easiest games which is literally what holds us back from pushing into the top 6. We won’t get into the top six with how poor our away form is. I think Walcott even being brought on today sums us up at the moment. Kean needs a good run of games aswell.

Same old story, we don’t have anyone up top to score on a regular basis, been the same for the last couple of seasons now! Don’t know why he doesn’t give Tosun a run of games

The Blues next face Sheffield United in the Premier League.
