Scotland under-21 manager Scot Gemmill has suggested that Everton youngster Fraser Hornby could move on loan away from the club.

The Blues have got some of the best young players in Britain in their ranks and the likes of Mason Holgate and Tom Davies have shown the benefits of being at the club.

We’re always looking out for the next set of bright young players, though, and it seems as though Hornby might be one to watch.

Gemmill, though, thinks he might be set for a loan deal away soon after scoring a hat-trick for the young Scottish side.

Via the Daily Record he said:

“I’m thrilled he’s come home to play in Scotland in an important qualification match and done so well. I’m sure clubs are queuing up to take him on loan now.”

I don’t know too much about Hornby at this stage but it does seem as though he is a sharp-shooter in and around the box.

A move away on loan would be good for him at this stage potentially, though, so he can get some senior experience.
