“Everton and Leicester have conceded more goals from set-pieces this season” was the statement made by the journalist and when Frank Lampard asked him if he was sure, the journalist nervously said he would check before saying that Leicester had conceded 26 goals from set-pieces, in his head probably thinking.

Hmmm… that can’t be right.

It wasn’t right as Leicester have only conceded 25 goals this season alone. The journalist did apologise after realising his mistake, explaining the stat was actually from the start of last season, which Lampard was quick to remind him and the room he had only been in charge since February.

Since Lampard’s arrival and focus on set pieces, only West Ham can better Everton’s 1 goal conceded. Interestingly enough, Everton have only conceded four goals from open play, with the most FIVE coming on the counterattack along with two penalties.

So we all know what’s going to happen tomorrow now don’t we
