It was being reported that Everton were ‘braced’ for a third bid for winger Ademola Lookman from RB Leipzig.
The Bundesliga side have already had two bids rejected for the 20-year-old after he impressed them during a loan spell in the second half of last week, and yesterday the Independent were reporting that they were preparing a third bid to try and break our resolve.

It’s an educated guess in fairness, it leans on Ralf Rangnick’s tapping up the other day where he continued to try and conduct business via the press to put pressure on but sadly so far, no one at Everton has played that game and said he’s available for £50million and not a penny less.
The report states that we continue to hold out for £20million which every man and his dog knows is an extremely low price anyway given the potential the lad has – but it is a significant uplift on what we paid Charlton Athletic.
With little sign of incomings, the longer this story gets rehashed in the press, the more irate fans seem to become.
