‘Hurry up and sign’ – Many fans want €30m man to join Everton after praising Toffees’ triumph

Loads of Everton fans have been reacting on social media calling for Andre Gomes to ‘hurry up and sign’ with the Toffees, after the on-loan midfielder congratulated the club’s Under 23s for winning the Premier League Cup on Wednesday night.

David Unsworth’s boys clinched the youth tournament with a 1-0 win over Newcastle United at Goodison Park, thanks to Morgan Feeney heading home a 59th-minute free-kick by Anthony Evans.
