Within the last hour Everton have confirmed that fullback Cuco Martina has made a loan switch from Stoke City and joined Eredivisie side Feyenoord until the end of the campaign.
Having not been in manager Marco Silva’s plans for the 2018/19 campaign, the 29-year-old Curacao international headed out to Stoke City in mid-August on a loan deal that was set to last for the remainder of the campaign and he did get decent game time under then manager Gary Rowett, making 18 appearances in total.

His last appearance, however, came at the beginning of January and with new manager Nathan Jones wanting to go in a different direction, Everton confirmed that we had recalled him this month and earlier tonight a new deal was struck with Dutch side Feyenoord that sees him spend the second half of the campaign out at the De Kuip.
Feyenoord are third in the table so it’ll be a change of pace for him but organising another straight loan spell should answer any lingering questions about the former Southampton man’s future.
Can't fault @CucoMartina attitude when he played for us so I'm wishing him all the best and hope it works out for him.
