Everton have impressed significantly under the guidance of Marco Silva this season and there have been plenty of positives to take from the Premier League campaign so far.
One stand-out impression is the solid performances displayed by the wealth of additions Silva made during the summer, with Andre Gomes, Richarlison, Yerry Mina and Lucas Digne already proving their worth.
The performances of full-back Digne, signed from Barcelona, have left many stating the France international is the ideal replacement for the ageing Leighton Baines and his fine displays have not gone unnoticed.
The Toffees defender has been shortlisted for the Premier League’s Player of the Month award for November, joining Manchester City trio David Silva, Raheem Sterling and Leroy Sane, West Ham’s Felipe Anderson, Liverpool’s Andrew Robertson and Tottenham’s Moussa Sissoko.
