Moyes has come out fighting and insists his players have got to do the same in order to climb up the Premiership.
‘We don’t want to be bottom, and I’m confident that we won’t be there come the end of the season. But the players have to show the kind of display they had against Bucharest.’
‘There was a real desire against Bucharest. We weren’t very happy that they were celebrating at the end of the first leg as if they had already gone through.’
‘That helped us. The players were determined to put things right and they managed to do that in the first 45 minutes, and to be honest Bucharest did really well in the second half to stop us scoring that second goal.’
