Loads of Everton fans have been reacting on social media after Richarlison donated a range of replica Toffees jerseys to the Blues’ Brazilian supporters group.
Richarlison flew back to his native Brazil during the winter break and welcomed Toffees Brasil into his home, where he presented them with complete versions of our Umbro home and away outfield and goalkeeper strips.
Fans have absolutely loved Richarlison’s gesture to donate the Everton merchandise to our Brazilian supporters group, with some sharing that they hope the forward stays at Goodison Park for the rest of his career.
The 22-year-old has been highly influential to our efforts this season despite the turmoil caused by changing managers midway through the campaign, with Richarlison scoring 11 goals and creating a further four across 29 appearances in all competitions thus far.
Is Richarlison our most important player?
Yes
No
Only Dominic Calvert-Lewin (11) has scored more times than Richarlison (nine) in the Premier League for Everton this term, while Bernard has found the back of the net the third-most times with three goals to his name.
Richarlison’s efforts saw the club award him a new, long-term deal in December that keeps him under contract until the summer of 2024, having shone since penning his initial £90,000-per-week terms in 2018.
Here are some of the messages shared as fans reacted to Richarlison’s gesture of donating kits to the club’s Brazilian supporters group…
