Loads of Everton fans have been reacting on social media to reports by Defensa Central, claiming Real Madrid are eying a summer raid on Goodison Park for Italy striker Moise Kean.

Los Blancos are currently weighing up their options ahead of the next transfer window, as manager Zinedine Zidane is eager to land a replacement for Karim Benzema and acquire further competition for Luka Jovic in order to challenge for further European Cup success over the coming years.

Paris Saint-Germain sensation Kylian Mbappe is currently Madrid’s number one target and negotiations are thought to be on the cards over a deal, though the Frenchman is just one of a number of options that could be explored.

Borussia Dortmund’s £17.1million January signing Erling Braut Haaland was already on the Santiago Bernabeu native’s radar before his move to the Bundesliga outfit, and could be revisited already with the two club’s enjoying a good relationship.

Real Sociedad’s 20-year-old centre-forward Alexander Isak, Inter Milan’s Lautaro Martinez and Fiorentina’s Patrick Cutrone are also put forward, while Kean appears to be the last name on Real’s potential hit list.

Described as one of the ‘great sensations of the old continent’, Kean is considered highly due to still only being 19-years-old despite having struggled to thrive on the back of his £27.5m move from Juventus last summer.

Kean has scored just once in 23 appearances over all competitions, while assisting two goals, and has only opened five of a possible 26 Premier League fixtures – three of which have come since Carlo Ancelotti replaced Marco Silva at the helm.

Here are some of the messages shared as fans reacted to the reports claiming Kean is on Madrid’s summer shortlist of striker options…

In other Everton news, a Europa League side are said to be planning a summer raid to sign a 6ft Toffees talent this summer.
